Holiday Magic
A letter from Santa that knows your child tidied their room. Written by you, approved by you, and delivered to their own device.
We are still building it, so there is nothing to download yet and no date to promise. When there is, this page will say so.
How it works
Three things, and a parent does all of them.
You write the message
As Santa, or another character. You choose the words - there is no AI writing anything, and nothing is generated on your behalf.
You approve it
Every message is previewed and approved before it goes anywhere. Send it now, or schedule it for Christmas Eve.
Your child opens it
On their own device, signed in with a one-time code you generate. They see their Magic and Nice levels, the days left until Christmas, and their messages.

Two sliders, nothing hidden. What you set is what your child sees.
Write it, preview it, then approve it
Nothing reaches your child until you have read it back and approved it. Messages can be scheduled, and cancelled before they arrive.
More than one child
Each child gets their own levels, their own messages, and their own device.
See everything we hold
Every message, every level change, the consent record. Export the lot as a file, or delete it.
Consent you can actually read
The exact notice you agreed to, the version, and the date. If what we do ever widens, you are asked again.
What we know about your child
This is the whole list.
A nickname and a cartoon avatar.
That is genuinely all of it. No real name, no date of birth, no age, no email address, no photograph. Those fields do not exist in our database, so there is nothing to leak, sell or hand over.
Your child has no account
No username, no password, nothing to remember and nothing to be stolen. Their device is signed in by a one-time code you generate, and you can sign it out again whenever you like.
The app asks for no permissions
None at all. No camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts. It cannot use what it never requested, and that is checked automatically every time we build it.
Messages delete themselves
Message content is removed automatically after 90 days. When you delete a child or your account, we check that nothing was left behind before we call it done.
No AI, no ads, no tracking
Nothing your child sees was written by a machine. There are no advertisements, no analytics in the child app, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
What it does not do
Worth saying plainly, so nobody arrives expecting it.
- It is not finished, and you cannot download it. There is no App Store or Play Store listing yet.
- Children cannot talk to each other. There is no social feed, no friends list and no open chat. The only conversation is between a child and their own parent.
- Nothing is written by AI. If a message sounds like you, that is because you wrote it.
- We have no compliance seal. We built to the children's privacy rules ourselves rather than buying a badge, and we would rather describe what the software actually does than point at a logo.
